Longevity

Advanced Longevity & Cellular Renewal Stack

Biological aging converges from multiple hallmarks simultaneously — this stack addresses four of the most important: telomere shortening (Epithalon via telomerase activation), mitochondrial dysfunction (MOTS-c and Humanin), and extracellular matrix degradation (GHK-Cu via 4,000+ gene activations). MOTS-c and Humanin are both mitochondria-derived peptides that naturally decline with age — their supplementation increasingly understood as restoration of a protective signaling system. This is a long-game protocol where benefits accumulate across months and cycles; pair with caloric moderation, consistent exercise, and adequate sleep for compounding effect.

Protocol & Dosing

Epithalon Pulse Cycles (3 pulses across 16 weeks):

  • Epithalon: 10 mg subcutaneously daily for 10 days, pause 10 days, repeat (3 complete rounds)
Mitochondrial Support (ongoing throughout cycle):
  • MOTS-c: 5–10 mg subcutaneously 3–5x per week
  • Humanin: 2–4 mg subcutaneously 3x per week
Tissue Remodeling (daily):
  • GHK-Cu: 1–2 mg subcutaneously daily or 5x per week
Cycle: 16 weeks on / 8–12 weeks off (longer off-cycle for this protocol)

Notes: This is a long-game protocol — benefits accumulate over months and cycles, not days. Track biological aging markers (if available) such as telomere length, inflammatory cytokines, and metabolic panel at baseline and post-cycle. Pair with caloric moderation, consistent exercise, and adequate sleep for synergistic anti-aging effects.
