Protocol & Dosing

Daily Repair Protocol:

  • BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously post-workout (or twice daily on heavy training days)
  • TB-500: 5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly (training days)
Pre-Bed GH Pulse (5 days on / 2 days off):
  • CJC-1295 no DAC: 100 mcg subcutaneously 30 minutes before bed (fasted)
  • Ipamorelin: 200 mcg subcutaneously paired with CJC-1295 dose
Cycle: 10 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: Take CJC-1295/Ipamorelin at least 2 hours after your last meal for maximum GH response. BPC-157 can be injected near the site of most significant soreness or injury for enhanced local effect. Prioritize 7–9 hours of sleep — this stack works best when it can enhance an already adequate sleep opportunity, not compensate for chronic sleep deprivation.
