Cardiovascular Protection Stack

Cardiovascular disease develops through vascular inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, and impaired cardiac tissue repair — this stack addresses each pathway. TB-500 was originally studied for cardiac repair, activating cardiac progenitor cells and improving coronary microvascular integrity; BPC-157 promotes collateral vessel formation, protects endothelium from inflammatory damage, and normalizes blood pressure through nitric oxide modulation; and Selank reduces the HPA axis hyperactivation that is a major independent cardiovascular risk factor. This protocol is complementary to medical management — do not discontinue prescribed cardiac medications without physician guidance.
