Endurance

Endurance & Cardiovascular Performance Stack

Endurance performance is limited by mitochondrial efficiency, oxygen delivery, and recovery capacity — this stack targets all three. MOTS-c improves mitochondrial biogenesis and fatty acid oxidation, Humanin protects mitochondria from exercise-induced stress, Selank reduces the cortisol-driven performance decline during prolonged effort, and TB-500 accelerates structural recovery between sessions. MOTS-c effects build over 2–4 weeks — this is a base-building protocol, not an acute pre-competition stack.

Protocol & Dosing

Training Days Protocol:

  • MOTS-c: 5–10 mg subcutaneously 30 minutes pre-workout
  • TB-500: 5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly (training days preferred)
  • Selank: 250 mcg subcutaneously or intranasally 30 minutes before sustained training sessions
Rest Days:
  • MOTS-c: 5 mg subcutaneously (continue on rest days for metabolic adaptation)
  • Humanin: 2–4 mg subcutaneously 3x per week (can be on rest days)
Cycle: 10 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: MOTS-c effects build over 2–4 weeks of consistent use — do not expect acute performance changes after a single dose. Pair with aerobic base training for maximum mitochondrial adaptation. Hydration and electrolyte support are critical during high-volume training on this stack.
