Chronic Pain

Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain Stack

Fibromyalgia is characterized by central sensitization, non-restorative sleep, and systemic inflammation — this stack addresses all three pillars simultaneously. BPC-157 reduces the peripheral inflammatory and gut-axis drivers that sustain central sensitization; Selank addresses the CNS dysregulation (GABA imbalance, neuroinflammation) that drives pain amplification, and the anxiety-pain loop that lowers pain thresholds; and DSIP breaks the sleep-pain cycle by restoring the slow-wave sleep architecture that fibromyalgia severely disrupts. For research purposes only — professional medical management is required for fibromyalgia care.

Protocol & Dosing

Daily Protocol:

  • BPC-157: 250–500 mcg subcutaneously daily (or orally if GI symptoms are prominent)
  • Selank: 250 mcg intranasally twice daily (morning and early afternoon)
Evening Protocol:
  • DSIP: 200–250 mcg subcutaneously 30–45 minutes before bed
  • Selank: 250 mcg intranasally 60 minutes before bed
As-Needed (acute pain episodes):
  • Selank: 250 mcg intranasally as needed, up to 3x daily
Cycle: 10 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: This protocol is for research and educational purposes — fibromyalgia requires medical management and this stack is not a substitute for appropriate care. Start BPC-157 at 250 mcg and assess tolerance before increasing. Track pain intensity (0–10 scale), sleep quality, fatigue, and cognitive clarity weekly. Gentle exercise (walking, swimming, yoga) throughout the cycle supports central sensitization downregulation.
