Gut Health & Intestinal Repair Stack

Leaky gut, IBD, and post-antibiotic dysbiosis share a common root: compromised intestinal barrier integrity and dysregulated mucosal immune response. BPC-157 heals the mucosa and restores tight junction proteins, KPV reduces NF-kB-driven gut inflammation at the epithelial level, and Larazotide Acetate closes the barrier while the other two address underlying damage. All three can be taken orally, allowing direct contact with intestinal tissue at clinically relevant concentrations.

Protocol & Dosing

Weeks 1–4 — Intensive Repair:

  • BPC-157: 500 mcg orally (dissolved in water, taken on empty stomach) twice daily
  • KPV: 500 mcg orally twice daily (can be combined with BPC-157 dose)
  • Larazotide Acetate: 0.5 mg orally three times daily with meals
Weeks 5–10 — Consolidation:
  • BPC-157: 250 mcg orally twice daily
  • KPV: 250 mcg orally twice daily
  • Larazotide Acetate: 0.5 mg orally twice daily
Cycle: 10 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: Oral peptides should be taken on an empty stomach where possible for maximum mucosal contact (except Larazotide with meals per dosing schedule). Pair with a diverse probiotic, low-inflammatory diet, and adequate dietary fiber. Avoid NSAIDs throughout the cycle as they directly damage intestinal lining.
