Protocol & Dosing

Daily Repair Protocol:

  • BPC-157: 500 mcg subcutaneously or orally (dissolved in water, fasted) daily
  • Selank: 250 mcg intranasally or subcutaneously twice daily
Weekly Immune Modulation:
  • Thymosin Alpha-1: 1.5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly for weeks 1–4, then once weekly for weeks 5–10
Cycle: 10 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: Oral BPC-157 is appropriate for liver protocols — it is absorbed into portal circulation and reaches hepatic tissue directly. Eliminate or significantly reduce alcohol throughout the cycle. Pair with NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) and milk thistle as complementary hepatoprotective supplements. Monitor liver function tests (AST, ALT, GGT) at baseline and mid-cycle if possible.
