This stack targets three separate points on the GH-IGF-1 axis simultaneously, creating an anabolic hormonal environment that peptide-only protocols rarely match. CJC-1295 no DAC stimulates pulsatile GH release from the pituitary, GHRP-2 amplifies that pulse several-fold through ghrelin receptor agonism, and IGF-1 LR3 drives satellite cell activation and muscle hypertrophy at the receptor level. Protocol & Dosing

Pre-Workout & Pre-Bed Protocol (5 days on / 2 days off):

  • CJC-1295 no DAC: 100 mcg subcutaneously 15 min before training + 100 mcg before bed
  • GHRP-2: 100 mcg subcutaneously paired with each CJC-1295 dose (inject simultaneously)
IGF-1 LR3 (Weeks 1–4 only, then pause 4 weeks):
  • IGF-1 LR3: 40–60 mcg subcutaneously immediately post-workout, 5 days on / 2 off
Cycle: 12 weeks total (IGF-1 LR3 used weeks 1–4 and 9–12 only) Off cycle: 4 weeks minimum

Notes: Inject CJC-1295 and GHRP-2 fasted (2 hours after last meal). IGF-1 LR3 is injected post-workout when insulin sensitivity is highest. Cycle IGF-1 LR3 in 4-week blocks to prevent receptor desensitization. Protein intake of 2.0–2.2 g/kg bodyweight is essential throughout.
