Trauma Recovery

PTSD & Trauma Recovery Stack

PTSD is characterized by structural brain changes, HPA axis dysregulation, and severe sleep disruption — biological substrates that peptides can directly address. Semax creates the neurological conditions for trauma processing by increasing BDNF and restoring prefrontal-amygdala regulatory function; Selank normalizes the cortisol dysregulation, norepinephrine excess, and impaired GABAergic tone that define PTSD's biology; and DSIP restores the slow-wave sleep architecture that PTSD severely disrupts and that is one of the most powerful accelerators of trauma recovery. This stack works most powerfully alongside evidence-based trauma therapy — not in place of it.
