Protocol & Dosing

On-Demand Arousal Protocol (PT-141):

PT-141: 1.75 mg subcutaneously 45–60 minutes before sexual activity
Begin with 1 mg to assess tolerance; increase to 1.75 mg if well tolerated
Do not use more than once every 48–72 hours

Baseline Hormonal Support (ongoing cycle):

Kisspeptin-10: 50–100 mcg subcutaneously 3x per week (morning, fasted)
BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously daily

Cycle: 6–8 weeks on for Kisspeptin-10 and BPC-157 / 4 weeks off PT-141 used on-demand throughout

Notes: PT-141 commonly causes mild, transient nausea and facial flushing — these subside within 1–2 hours and are dose-dependent. Taking with a small meal reduces nausea. Do not combine PT-141 with antihypertensives without medical supervision.
