Skin, Hair & Collagen Stack

GHK-Cu, Epithalon, and BPC-157 target skin and hair aging at three distinct levels — gene activation, cellular senescence, and tissue healing. GHK-Cu activates over 4,000 genes associated with collagen synthesis and ECM remodeling and directly stimulates hair follicle stem cells; Epithalon extends telomeres and restores the cellular longevity programs that decline with age; and BPC-157 provides angiogenic and healing support that amplifies both. The result is measurable improvement in skin density, wound repair speed, and follicle activation that topical-only approaches cannot reach.

Protocol & Dosing

Daily Maintenance Protocol:

  • GHK-Cu: 1–2 mg subcutaneously daily (or 2 mg/mL topical applied to skin and scalp)
  • BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously daily
Epithalon Pulse (10-day block at start and middle of cycle):
  • Epithalon: 5–10 mg subcutaneously daily for 10 days, then pause 10 days, repeat
Topical GHK-Cu for scalp (optional add-on):
  • Apply 2–5% GHK-Cu serum to scalp daily 30 minutes before washing
Cycle: 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: Systemic injection of GHK-Cu produces broader effects than topical alone — both together is optimal for hair and skin. Combine with collagen-supportive nutrition (vitamin C, zinc, silica, adequate protein). Sun protection is essential during any collagen repair protocol.
