Protocol & Dosing

Week 1–2 — Adaptation Phase:

  • DSIP: 200 mcg subcutaneously 30 minutes before bed
  • Selank: 250 mcg intranasally or subcutaneously 60 minutes before bed
  • No GHRP-6 in this phase — allow your body to adjust
Week 3–8 — Full Protocol:
  • DSIP: 200–300 mcg subcutaneously 30 minutes before bed
  • Selank: 250 mcg 60 minutes before bed
  • GHRP-6: 50 mcg subcutaneously 30 minutes before bed (fasted — no food 2 hours prior)
Cycle: 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: Avoid alcohol, blue light, and heavy meals within 2 hours of dosing. Consistency of timing improves results significantly. For enhanced results, pair with a consistent sleep/wake schedule throughout the cycle.
