Injury Repair

Tendon & Ligament Repair Stack

Tendons and ligaments heal slowly because of poor blood supply and low cellular turnover — this stack directly overcomes those limitations. BPC-157 accelerates collagen synthesis and angiogenesis at the injury site, TB-500 drives cell migration and remodeling in chronic, stalled injuries, and GHK-Cu reinforces the structural quality of repaired tissue through collagen remodeling. Together, they target every stage of connective tissue recovery from acute injury through long-term resilience.

Protocol & Dosing

Acute Injury Phase (Weeks 1–4):

  • BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously near injury site once daily (or 500 mcg systemically)
  • TB-500: 5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly
  • GHK-Cu: 1–2 mg subcutaneously daily
Maintenance & Consolidation Phase (Weeks 5–10):
  • BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously daily
  • TB-500: 2.5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly
  • GHK-Cu: 1 mg subcutaneously 5 days per week
Cycle: 10 weeks on / 4 weeks off

Notes: Inject BPC-157 as close to the injury site as comfortably possible for localized effect. Combine with physical therapy or progressive loading for best structural outcomes. Do not use topical GHK-Cu as a substitute for systemic injection in this protocol.
