Protocol & Dosing

Pre-Bed GH Pulse (5 days on / 2 days off):

  • CJC-1295 no DAC: 100 mcg subcutaneously 30 min before bed (fasted)
  • Ipamorelin: 200 mcg subcutaneously paired with CJC-1295
Daily Structural Repair:
  • BPC-157: 250 mcg subcutaneously post-workout (or twice daily in high-load periods)
Weekly Tissue Remodeling:
  • TB-500: 5 mg subcutaneously twice weekly for weeks 1–4, then 2.5 mg twice weekly
Weekly Immune Support:
  • Thymosin Alpha-1: 1.5 mg subcutaneously once weekly
Cycle: 12 weeks on / 4–6 weeks off
